Shipping policy
Shipping Limitations:
We are currently unable to ship internationally.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping orders, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order.
The cost to ship each kit is $14.
Delivery Times:
While most orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), will typically ship within 24 hours and received within 5-7 business days, some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- Credit card payment issue
- Incorrect shipping address
- Severe weather impacting normal delivery times
- Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions, we may be out of stock. In this case your order may take longer. We will contact you if this happens.
Tracking Your Package:
We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from your account.
